Signing a Power of Attorney for use in Spain
A client in Cardiff area contacted me requesting to assist in notarising a Power of Attorney authorising an agent in Spain to act on his behalf in obtaining the Foreigner´s Identity number (N.I.E.). The Power of Attorney also required to be legalised by an Apostille. As an additional service, the client also requested to certify a copy of his passport and obtain an apostille to verify Notary's signature.

Swearing an Affidavit of Marital Status
A client from Swansea had an urgent request to swear an Affidavit of marital status to confirm that he is single. The Affidavit had to be sworn before a Notary Public who had to witness the client signing the document and authenticating it with a Notary's signature, stamp and seal.
