I offer Mobile Notary Services in Cardiff and surrounding areas (Bridgend, Penarth, Barry, Newport, Swansea, Bristol) to private clients in their homes or other agreed location. This is especially convenient for individuals with restricted mobility or elderly clients.

Due to their busy schedule, Corporate Clients also opt for Mobile Notary Services for convenience. I can visit you in your office or other agreed location, and notarise or authenticate the required documents promptly and professionally saving you time.

For Mobile Notary Services I apply travel fees in addition to my Notary’s fees and any disbursements (e.g. apostille, postage, courier, translation etc., if applicable). 

If a matter is simple I may be able to assist you on the same or the following day (subject to my availability, including weekends and evenings). For example, if you require a certified copy of a passport, ID card, driver’s licence or other ID documents, witnessing a signature on a straightforward document, such as Statutory Declaration, notarised translation etc., I may be able to see you promptly. 

If you have a lawyer/agent acting on your behalf abroad, who provided you with any documentation (e.g. Power of Attorney) for execution before a Notary Public, please email me these documents together with any instructions you may have received with them prior to our appointment. This will help me to assess the documents to be processed and allow me to send you an accurate quote more quickly. You can rest assured that all your documents will be stored securely encrypted on UK servers and treated with utmost confidentiality.
